We cook from what the region gives us: Ladoga fish, freshly caught or smoked on wood chips, milk from local farms, wild mushrooms and berries harvested in season.
There is a wood—burning oven in the open kitchen, where bread and thin—crusted pizza are baked, whole vegetables and fish are baked, and the famous smoked borscht is languishing - yes, it is borscht, but with smoke and a deep taste.
Even the salads here are not just salads - they are with history, with fire, with love.
And if you can't imagine a day without meat, our chef will cook for you a steak made from marbled beef, fried perfectly to suit your taste.
For those who want privacy, there is a separate gazebo.
