Guest houses for rent on the shore of Lake Ladoga — 4 km from the town of Sortavala, on a large island in the Ladoga skerries among the centuries-old forest. Arrival to the island via a year-round pontoon bridge.
Houses from 45 to 170 m2 — with a terrace, barbecue, sauna (optional), equipped with everything necessary for living and the possibility of accommodating pets in almost any house. There are hypoallergenic homes where guests with pets do not stay.
Without barriers, without the hustle and bustle of the city, there is only nature, silence and complete freedom.

Your country house with an area of 45 to 170 square meters has already been built and is waiting for you. It is located in a picturesque location on the shore of Lake Ladoga Bay, four kilometers from the center of Sortavala. Electricity, water, Internet - everything is connected and working. Towels, bed linen, barbecue in the courtyard, terrace with sunset view - everything is prepared. All that remains is to go to the grocery store and you can have an open-air dinner.
WHO ARE WE? WHAT WE OFFER
We are a community of owners of suburban real estate in Karelia. We have teamed up to offer guests from all over Russia a comfortable, affordable and memorable outdoor vacation.
Each house is fully ready to move in: equipped kitchen, shower, sleeping places, barbecue, terrace. The houses vary in capacity - from two to twenty people, with or without a sauna, with or without a pet enclosure. Most houses accept guests with pets - for an additional one-time fee.
We strive to maintain a balance between affordable price and quality of rest. Our goal is for every guest who comes to Karelia to bring with them real emotions, memories and a desire to return.
We are improving the conditions, developing the infrastructure, and maintaining the houses in perfect condition so that your vacation will be exactly as you imagined it.
