Revontuli House with sauna

Revontuli (Aurora borealis) — a cozy, new 2025, modern cottage (56 sq.m. house with sauna and 40 sq.m. terrace), located on a secluded farm. The lake is a 15-minute walk away. House on the island of Riekkalansaari, 15 minutes from the town of Sortavala, away from dusty roads and neighboring houses. A 15-minute walk to the bay and the beach.

Deposit: for the safety of property — 5000 rubles.

Services:

• Sauna in the house is included in the price.
• Accommodation with small dogs is possible — a one-time fee of 1,500 rubles per pet.
• The house is designed for 6 (4+2) people for family holidays.
• Two separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen-living room, sauna. There are all the dishes!

Important:

• Please do not disturb noisy companies with music until morning.
• Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the terrace.
• Pets — by agreement, with payment and consideration of the breed.

On the territory:

• Parking area with video surveillance for several cars.
• A recreation area that includes:
  • Modern outdoor furniture with benches for 6 people.
  • 2 hanging hammock chairs (summer only).
  • Barbecue area (skewers and grates are provided; charcoal and ignition must be brought with you).

An important rule: We expect that when you leave, you will not leave your dishes unwashed, and the garbage will go to the tank, which is located right on the territory. Otherwise, additional cleaning is paid separately.
