The small Blueberry house is built in Scandinavian style, with an area of 45 m2. Construction is scheduled for June 2022. It is located at the Blueberry base, a small new base on the very shore of Lake Ladoga Bay for adults and children (first coastline, 20 meters to the lake) with a closed territory, parking and a playground for a comfortable stay alone with nature. Boat dock, deck chairs and a cup of coffee with a view of the water.
Please note the important rule of the house: upon arrival, the guest pays an insurance deposit for the safety of the property in the amount of 5,000 rubles. The security deposit is refunded upon departure, subject to the safety of the property at home.

There is a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with household appliances: refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove, microwave oven. There is no iron.
Special conditions: not for noisy events and guests with pets.
